Passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of
Mowlam Nursing Home, Ballinakill, Waterford.
Friday 12th September 2025 R.I.P.
Predeceased by his beloved parents James and Mary and his sister Ann Matthews (Canada).
Dearly loved brother of sisters Phil and Mary O` Connell (Isle of Man). Cherished friend of Carolyn Conway, he will be sadly missed by his nephews, brother-in-law, cousins and very good friends.

Funeral mass in the Sacred Heart Church, The Folly, Waterford on Monday (15th of September) at 1pm, Immediately afterwards Vincent will be laid to rest in Butlerstown Cemetery
