Formerly of Waterford Crystal, McDonalds Builders and his beloved Tramore Boxing Club.

Nicholas passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family

Monday the 8th of December 2025

RIP.

 

Predeceased by his beloved parents Sarah and Jimmy and his sisters Kathleen and Margaret .

 

 

Nicholas will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken wife Helen, his adoring children Gemma, Jennifer and Nicholas Jnr; his cherished grandchildren Chelsea, Leah and Maryjay and his sons-in-law Karl and Paul. Nicholas will be fondly remembered by all his nieces and nephews, extended family, relatives, wonderful neighbours, and many friends.

 

The O’Connor family would like to thank with great appreciation all the staff in The Oak Ward University Hospital Waterford and Dr. Austin Byrne and the staff in Tramore Medical Centre for the exceptional care Nicholas received throughout his illness.

 

 

May his gentle soul rest peacefully

 

Nicholas’s reposal will take place in Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore X91TW21 on Wednesday the 10th of December from 5pm until 7pm.

 

All are welcome, refreshments will be served throughout.

As per Nicholas’s wishes a private cremation service will take place at a later date
