Les Forester

Family and friends remember Les Forester as a devoted husband, proud father and kind, hardworking man who left a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to know him. Living in Kilfarrasy and formerly of Garrarus, Les was happiest surrounded by his children Alannah, Mia, Jake, Robyn and Louis, and his beloved wife Sarah. Whether pottering on home projects or lending a hand to a neighbour, he brought skill, laughter and warmth to every task. Known for his work ethic, attention to detail and easy smile, Les was always up for a chat and always willing to help. His family were his world, and every day he built his life around them with love and care. Those who knew him best remember his humour, quiet strength and the way he carried the weight of life with gentleness.

The sudden loss of Les has left a silence that words can hardly fill. One neighbour wrote, “Les was a lovely neighbour and long-time friend. We are deeply saddened to learn of his passing.” A colleague shared, “Les was so kind and hardworking, a real pleasure to deal with.” Another tribute remembered, “He was a gentleman. Thinking of Sarah, his children and all who loved him.” A friend added, “He was a character, always smiling, always had time for a chat. He will be missed beyond words.” And one lifelong neighbour expressed, “Gone far too soon, a loss so deep to bear. Life takes us down different paths, but family is family, and Les will never be forgotten.” Through the love he gave so freely, the friendships he built and the family he cherished above all else, Les leaves behind a legacy that will echo quietly but powerfully in the hearts of those who loved him.

Late of Kilfarrasy, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Formerly of Garrarus, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Les passed tragically on Wednesday the 28th of January 2026. RIP.

Thank you for including us in this heartfelt and beautiful gathering. It was incredibly moving to hear the many loving and cherished memories shared by your family and friends. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Bianca Rosa, we can see through the stories and tributes just how special she was. Bianca Rosa’s spirit and the profound impact she had on those around her were evident in every word spoken. The warmth, love, and admiration that everyone expressed painted a vivid picture of a life well-lived and a heart that touched so many...
