Geraldine passed peacefully in the Oak Ward, University Hospital Waterford surrounded by her loving family

Thursday the 6th of February 2025 RIP.

Predeceased by her beloved parents, Johnny and Kathleen

Geraldine will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her brothers and sisters, Thomas, Bernadette, Peter, Mary, Martin, Monica and Madeleine. She will be missed by her brothers and sisters in law and her aunts. She will be forever missed by all her nieces and nephews, her grandnephew, Leon, relatives, extended family, wonderful neighbours and many many friends.

The Carbery family would like to thank with great appreciation all the staff in the Oak Ward and all medical staff in University Hospital Waterford for the exceptional care and kindness Geraldine received throughout her illness.

Geraldine will be reposing at Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, Co. Waterford on Saturday the 8th of February from 3pm to 6pm.

Geraldine’s Requiem Mass will take place on Sunday the 9th of February, at 11am at The Church of The Holy Cross, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Immediately after, Geraldine will be laid to rest in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Tramore. Anyone wishing to take part in Geraldine’s Requiem Mass remotely please follow the link below.

Geraldine’s funeral cortège will pass her residence in St. Otterans Terrace at approximately 10:35 and will then walk from Lodges Corner, Tramore Credit Union, at approximately 10:40 am to arrive for her Requiem Mass.
